In this hot temperature and in this hot summer day, nothing feels better then cold drink, chilled soda, bubble tea, or a colorful mocktail with a straw in hand and ice clicking against the glass, and feels like bless. We often sip them slowly thinking it’s a fun. But what about our health and what about our teeth, have we ever think about it.!

  • Homemade iced teas: Brew herbal or green teas, chill, and sweeten lightly with honey or stevia.
  • Fresh smoothies: Blend fruits with yogurt or milk for a nutrient-rich treat.

Things to be Remembered- Drink it quickly instead of sipping all day and use a straw smartly, placing it at the back of your mouth to limit contact with teeth after that rinse your mouth with water afterward. Don’t brush immediately — wait 30 minutes so the enamel has time to recover from the acid attack.
